Personalised support to help you and your partner feel informed, prepared, more confident, calm and empowered in your feeding preferences and journey. Whether you’re seeking support with the practical aspects of breastfeeding such and positioning and how to acheive a deep latch, navigating anxiety and/or fears around breastfeeding and even if you have breastfed previously, these sessions offer a judgement-free space to explore your questions, emotions and goals with compassionate guidance tailored entirely to you.
Antenatal Group Education and Support
A warm and welcoming space where you’ll gain confidence, clarity and connection with other parents to be ahead of your baby’s arrival. Through small group sessions, we explore key topics around mindful feeding preparation, responsive feeding and the key areas of breastfeeding helping you feel informed, empowered and prepared. These sessions are designed to nurture both your knowledge and your wellbeing, with an inclusive and holistic approach.
The Mindful Start Package
1 hour home visit at 36 weeks pregnant
1 hour home visit within the first week of birth
Telephone and text support for the first 3 weeks

The Mindful Transition Package
1 hour home visit at 36 weeks pregnant
1 hour home visit within the first week of birth
Telephone and text support for the first 6 weeks

The Mindful Journey Package
2 x 1 hour home visits first visit at any stage of pregnancy you choose and second visit at 36 weeks pregnant
2 x 1 hour home visits within two weeks of babies birth

Further Information
Additional home visits can be added to any package or as singular sessions and will be charged at £65 per visit. (Please note any visits outside 10 miles of PO22 will incur extra cost depending on travel time and mileage this will always be agreed at initial booking stage).
1 hour video call support sessions are available to add into any package or as singular sessions and will be charged at £50.
